Safe | Organized | Union Proud

At Red Rover Electric, we don’t just show up—we lead the charge. As a union company with a commitment to safety and professionalism, we make sure every storm call-out is well-equipped, well-led, and well-compensated.

Why work with Red Rover?

Our crews are supported by clean, reliable equipment, company-provided PPE including Class 2 and Class 3 gloves and sleeves, and a leadership team that includes a dedicated General Foreman, Safety Specialist, and Storm Coordinator. From the moment you're deployed to the time you're headed home, we make sure you have what you need to do the job right and get paid on time.

Storm Work Done Right

No Games, No Guesswork—Just Straightforward, Well-Supported Teamwork

Our storm crews operate on a 1099 basis, with hours accurately tracked and pay delivered on time. Lodging is always provided—two linemen per room—and our team negotiates the best deal possible with utilities or contractors, including per diem when approved. Every crew is supported by a dedicated General Foreman, Safety Specialist, and Storm Coordinator, ensuring smooth operations from deployment to demobilization. Most storm calls average four to seven days, though durations can vary depending on the severity and scope of the event. When you work with Red Rover, you're backed by structure, support, and a company that knows how to take care of its people in the field.

Run with Red Rover

We're always looking for the best of the best to add to our call list. If you're looking for a union outfit with crews that get it done, we'd be happy to have you.
